IIndeed ATP. The tracing shows three rhythms: 1) a monomorphic VT around 150 bpm, and then 2) temporary pacing at 170 bpm (which can be considered as "manual ATP") which terminates the VT, followed by 3) a pacemaker rhythm at the end of the tracing.
