Chaque combinaison de d\u00e9lais AV\/VV est ajust\u00e9e dans une s\u00e9quence de 3 cycles adaptatifs suivis de 6 cycles pour mesurer le SonR.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a84f8a0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"a84f8a0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Tests d'optimisation des d\u00e9lais AV et VV<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c567cd2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c567cd2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Test de l'optimisation des d\u00e9lais VV : Lundi \u00e0 minuit :<\/strong><\/p><p>Sept configurations BiV sont test\u00e9es (de LV \u00e0 RV 48 ms \u00e0 RV \u00e0 LV 48 ms ; par pas de 16 ms) en utilisant 6 retards AV diff\u00e9rents, de 30 ms \u00e0 la conduction spontan\u00e9e moins 50 ms.<\/p><p>Ce test comprend 42 combinaisons et 252 mesures SonR.<\/p><p><strong>Test d'optimisation du d\u00e9lai AV au repos : Lundi \u00e0 01:00h :<\/strong><\/p><p>Apr\u00e8s optimisation du d\u00e9lai VV, 11 d\u00e9lais AV diff\u00e9rents, de 30 ms \u00e0 la conduction spontan\u00e9e moins 50 ms, sont test\u00e9s. Ce test comprend 11 combinaisons et 66 mesures SonR.<\/p><p><strong>Essai d'optimisation du d\u00e9lai de l'AV paced : Lundi \u00e0 02h00 :<\/strong><\/p><p>Apr\u00e8s optimisation du d\u00e9lai VV, 11 d\u00e9lais AV diff\u00e9rents, de 30 ms \u00e0 la conduction spontan\u00e9e moins 50 ms, sont test\u00e9s. Ce test comprend 11 combinaisons et 66 mesures SonR.<\/p><p><strong>Test d'optimisation du d\u00e9lai AV pendant l'exercice : \u00e0 partir du lundi \u00e0 12h00 :<\/strong><\/p><p>L'optimisation du d\u00e9lai AV pendant l'exercice commence d\u00e8s que la fr\u00e9quence cardiaque a atteint une valeur programm\u00e9e. Apr\u00e8s l'optimisation du d\u00e9lai VV, 5 d\u00e9lais AV diff\u00e9rents, de 30 ms \u00e0 la conduction spontan\u00e9e pendant l'exercice moins 50 ms, sont test\u00e9s. Ce test comprend 5 combinaisons et 30 mesures SonR.<\/p><p><strong>Condition de mise en \u0153uvre des d\u00e9lais AV ou des d\u00e9lais VV optimis\u00e9s :<\/strong><\/p><p>Un nouveau d\u00e9lai VV n'est mis en \u0153uvre qu'apr\u00e8s une augmentation \u2265 14% de SonR1. Si le nouveau d\u00e9lai VV optimal diff\u00e8re du d\u00e9lai VV pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent de &gt; 16 ms, le d\u00e9lai VV est progressivement augment\u00e9 par paliers de 16 ms jusqu'\u00e0 ce que ce nouveau d\u00e9lai VV optimal soit atteint.<\/p><p>La variation du d\u00e9lai AV est syst\u00e9matiquement limit\u00e9e \u00e0 20 ms. Les plages sont les suivantes :<\/p><ul><li>D\u00e9lai AV d\u00e9tect\u00e9 au repos = [60-180 ms].<\/li><li>D\u00e9lai AV rythm\u00e9 au repos = [92-240 ms].<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Test
