Cet algorithme est bas\u00e9 sur la mesure respective des intervalles auriculo-ventriculaires droit et gauche sur les oreillettes spontan\u00e9es et stimul\u00e9es. L'algorithme prend en compte tout retard V-V programm\u00e9. Cette \u201coptimisation\u201d peut \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e lors d'une consultation avec le programmateur (en moins de 2 minutes et 30 secondes) mais n'est pas r\u00e9alis\u00e9e automatiquement ou de fa\u00e7on r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9e par l'appareil en ambulatoire.Le seuil de stimulation correspond \u00e0 la plus petite impulsion \u00e9lectrique, d\u00e9livr\u00e9e en dehors de toute p\u00e9riode r\u00e9fractaire naturelle, capable de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer la propagation d'une d\u00e9polarisation.
