degr\u00e9s de bloc auriculo-ventriculaire (bloc AV du premier degr\u00e9, bloc AV du deuxi\u00e8me degr\u00e9, bloc AV du troisi\u00e8me degr\u00e9 et pause ventriculaire).<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>1) bloc AV du second degr\u00e9<\/p><p>Le stimulateur passe en mode DDD lorsque X (nominal 3, programmable 1-4) des 8 \u00e9v\u00e9nements auriculaires (spontan\u00e9s ou stimul\u00e9s) sont bloqu\u00e9s (non suivis d'un QRS spontan\u00e9).<\/p><ul><li>plus la valeur est r\u00e9duite, plus les commutations sont fr\u00e9quentes<\/li><li>le dispositif ne passe pas en mode DDD apr\u00e8s une seule d\u00e9terminer s'il existe un signal ventriculaire intrins\u00e8que (recherche de continuit\u00e9 Vs) :<\/p><ul><li>lorsque le dispositif fonctionne en mode DDD, il recherche la pr\u00e9sence d'un rythme intrins\u00e8que sous-jacent toutes les 30 secondes et espace ensuite ce dernier (1, 2, 4, 8, 16 ... 128 minutes, jusqu'\u00e0 20 heures) si la recherche n'est pas concluante (persistance d'une alt\u00e9ration de la conduction auriculo-ventriculaire)<\/li><li>le d\u00e9lai AV est port\u00e9 \u00e0 450 ms pour 8 cycles (dur\u00e9e identique pour l'activit\u00e9 auriculaire spontan\u00e9e ou stimul\u00e9e)<\/li><li>la recherche est r\u00e9ussie et l'appareil passe en mode ADI si le nombre d\u00e9fini de cycles ventriculaires (valeur nominale 6) a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9tect\u00e9 cons\u00e9cutivement en l'espace de 8 cycles<\/li><\/ul><p>Intervalle de temps de recherche : 30 sec. &gt; 1 min. &gt; 2 min. &gt; 4 min. &gt; 8 min. &gt; 16 min. &gt; 32 min. &gt; 64 min. &gt; 128 le mode DDD et le mode ADI, l'appareil passe en permanence au mode DDD jusqu'\u00e0 24h00 du m\u00eame jour si plus de 15 commutations\/heure sont
