Ces 2 valeurs ne sont pas programmables.<\/p><ul><li>apr\u00e8s une d\u00e9tection atriale, il existe une p\u00e9riode r\u00e9fractaire atriale de 85 ms d\u00e9compos\u00e9e en 30 ms de p\u00e9riode r\u00e9fractaire absolue, 40 ms de fen\u00eatre de bruit et 15 ms de p\u00e9riode r\u00e9fractaire absolue<\/li><li>apr\u00e8s une stimulation atriale, il existe une p\u00e9riode r\u00e9fractaire atriale de 150 ms d\u00e9compos\u00e9e en 110 ms de p\u00e9riode r\u00e9fractaire absolue et 40 ms de fen\u00eatre de bruit<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Le blanking atrial post-ventriculaire<\/strong> <br \/>Il existe un blanking atrial diff\u00e9rent post-stimulation et post-d\u00e9tection ventriculaire. PVARP may prevent the tracking of retrograde atrial events initiated in the ventricle that could trigger PMT in a dual chamber device programmed to a tracking mode.<\/p><ul><li>the initial section of PVARP is the cross-chamber blanking period (composed of absolute refractory and noise window) followed by the fixed refractory period<\/li><li>events that fall into the absolute refractory window of cross-chamber blanking are not sensed or marked<\/li><li>events that fall into the noise window are marked as [AS]; there is no noise window for SMART blanking<\/li><li>events in fixed refractory are marked as (AS), (AF), or (PAC)<\/li><li>although sensed events in the PVARP fixed refractory window do not initiate timing cycles, they do count toward ATR Entry Counts, AFR, and are included in counters\/histograms<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Dynamic PVARP<\/strong><\/p><p>The cross chamber blanking period is not shortened by programming dynamic PVARP, only the fixed refractory period. PVARP will decrease linearly between the lower rate limit and maximal tracking rate based on a rolling average of the last four V-V intervals.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-722d749 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"722d749\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Ventricular refractory period<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-14bb0f8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"14bb0f8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>RV Refractory after RV-sensed Event<\/strong><\/p><p>RV refractory is the time period after an RV-sensed event when additional sensed-RV events do not initiate timing cycles or inhibit ventricular pacing and are not included in counters.<\/p><ul><li>135 ms (50 ms absolute refractory, 40 ms noise window, 45 ms absolute refractory)<\/li><li>absolute refractory events are not sensed or marked and noise events are sensed<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>RV Refractory after RV-paced Event<\/strong><\/p><p>RVRP is a programmable period in which right ventricular events which follow RV-paced events do not initiate a timing cycle or inhibit ventricular pacing and are not included in counters.<\/p><ul><li>the initial section of RVRP is fixed refractory followed by a 40 ms noise window<\/li><li>events in fixed refractory are not sensed or marked and noise events are marked as [RVS]<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Dynamic RVRP<\/strong><\/p><p>By using Dynamic RVRP, the sensing window will be maintained since the RVRP will shorten as the ventricular rate increases due to atrial tracking or sensor-driven pacing. RVRP will decrease linearly as the rate increases from the lower rate limit to the maximal tracking rate and is based on the previous V-V interval.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>RV blanking after A pacing<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>nominal setting: 65 ms (last 40 ms is the noise window)<\/li><\/ul><p>There is no ventricular cross-chamber blanking for an atrial sensed safety pacing window following ventricular blanking in Boston Scientific devices but there is a retriggerable noise window.<\/p><ul><li>when an event is sensed in the noise portion of a blanking window, event is not used for timing or detection<\/li><li>event is marked with a marker in brackets [VS] and does not typically have an interval value<\/li><li>if the noisy signal is continuous, the noise window will be re-triggered as long as the noisy signal is present (or until the pacing interval times out) to help suppress any further sensing of the noise<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-92e7385 elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"92e7385\" data-element_type=\"widget\" L\u2019allongement de la PRAPV est signal\u00e9 par le marqueur PVP\u2192.<\/p><p><strong>Diagnostic d\u2019une TRE par le stimulateur<\/strong><br \/>La d\u00e9tection d\u2019une TRE est bas\u00e9e sur la mise en \u00e9vidence de 16 cycles cons\u00e9cutifs AS-VP <br \/>survenant \u00e0 la fr\u00e9quence cardiaque maximale avec des intervalles VA stables.
