absolue, 40 ms de fen\u00eatre de bruit, 15 ms de r\u00e9fraction absolue)<\/li><li>les \u00e9v\u00e9nements r\u00e9fractaires absolus ne sont pas d\u00e9tect\u00e9s ou marqu\u00e9s<\/li><li>les bruits sont per\u00e7us mais pas marqu\u00e9s<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>R\u00e9fractaire auriculaire apr\u00e8s un \u00e9pisode de rythme auriculaire<\/strong><\/p><p>La p\u00e9riode r\u00e9fractaire auriculaire est le laps de temps qui suit un \u00e9v\u00e9nement de stimulation auriculaire et pendant lequel d'autres \u00e9v\u00e9nements auriculaires d\u00e9tect\u00e9s ne d\u00e9clenchent pas de cycles de synchronisation ou n'inhibent pas la stimulation auriculaire.<\/p><ul><li>150 ms (110 ms de r\u00e9fraction absolue, 40 ms de fen\u00eatre de bruit)<\/li><li>Les \u00e9v\u00e9nements r\u00e9fractaires absolus ne sont pas d\u00e9tect\u00e9s ou marqu\u00e9s et les \u00e9v\u00e9nements bruyants sont marqu\u00e9s comme [AS].<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Fen\u00eatres de suppression de l'oreillette en chambre transversale<\/strong><\/p><p>Chaque fen\u00eatre d'obturation de la chambre transversale peut \u00eatre programm\u00e9e \u00e0 une valeur fixe ou \u00e0 SMART.<\/p><p>Le SMART Blanking est con\u00e7u pour favoriser la d\u00e9tection en raccourcissant la p\u00e9riode de suppression, tout en rejetant les \u00e9v\u00e9nements inter-chambres en ajustant automatiquement la sensibilit\u00e9 de la mani\u00e8re suivante :<\/p><ul><li>raccourcissement de la p\u00e9riode de blanc \u00e0 un r\u00e9fractaire absolu (15 ms pour A-blank apr\u00e8s V-Sense, et 37,5 ms pour A-Blank apr\u00e8s V-Pace)<\/li><li>l'\u00e9limination de la partie bruit de la fen\u00eatre de suppression<\/li><li>augmentation du r\u00e9glage de l'AGC pour \u00e9viter la surd\u00e9tection en champ lointain de l'\u00e9v\u00e9nement dans la chambre oppos\u00e9e ; l'AGC est port\u00e9 \u00e0 d\u00e9clenchent pas de cycles de synchronisation ou n'inhibent pas la stimulation auriculaire. La PVARP peut emp\u00eacher le suivi d'\u00e9v\u00e9nements auriculaires r\u00e9trogrades initi\u00e9s dans le ventricule qui pourraient d\u00e9clencher la PMT dans un dispositif \u00e0 double chambre programm\u00e9 en mode de suivi.<\/p><ul><li>la section initiale de la PVARP est la p\u00e9riode de suppression crois\u00e9e (compos\u00e9e d'une fen\u00eatre r\u00e9fractaire absolue et d'une fen\u00eatre de bruit), suivie de la p\u00e9riode r\u00e9fractaire fixe<\/li><li>les \u00e9v\u00e9nements qui tombent dans la fen\u00eatre r\u00e9fractaire absolue du blanking de la chambre transversale ne sont pas d\u00e9tect\u00e9s ou marqu\u00e9s<\/li><li>les \u00e9v\u00e9nements qui tombent dans la fen\u00eatre de bruit sont marqu\u00e9s comme [AS] ; il n'y a pas de fen\u00eatre de bruit pour la suppression SMART<\/li><li>les \u00e9v\u00e9nements dans les cas r\u00e9fractaires fixes sont marqu\u00e9s comme (AS), (AF), ou (PAC)<\/li><li>bien que les \u00e9v\u00e9nements d\u00e9tect\u00e9s dans la fen\u00eatre r\u00e9fractaire fixe du PVARP ne d\u00e9clenchent pas de cycles de chronom\u00e9trage, ils sont pris en compte dans les comptes d'entr\u00e9e de l'ATR, AFR, et sont inclus dans les compteurs\/histogrammes<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>PVARP dynamique<\/strong><\/p><p>La programmation de la PVARP dynamique ne raccourcit pas la p\u00e9riode de suppression de la chambre transversale, mais seulement la p\u00e9riode r\u00e9fractaire fixe. La PVARP diminue de fa\u00e7on lin\u00e9aire entre la limite inf\u00e9rieure de la vitesse et la vitesse maximale de suivi, sur la base d'une moyenne mobile des quatre derniers intervalles V-V.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-722d749 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"722d749\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">P\u00e9riode r\u00e9fractaire ventriculaire<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-14bb0f8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"14bb0f8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>RV r\u00e9fractaire apr\u00e8s un \u00e9v\u00e9nement d\u00e9tect\u00e9 par le RV<\/strong><\/p><p>Le temps r\u00e9fractaire RV est la p\u00e9riode de temps apr\u00e8s un \u00e9v\u00e9nement d\u00e9tect\u00e9 RV pendant laquelle des \u00e9v\u00e9nements RV d\u00e9tect\u00e9s suppl\u00e9mentaires ne d\u00e9clenchent pas de cycles de chronom\u00e9trage ou n'inhibent pas la stimulation ventriculaire et ne sont pas inclus dans les compteurs.<\/p><ul><li>135 ms (50 ms r\u00e9fractaire absolu, 40 ms fen\u00eatre de bruit, 45 ms r\u00e9fractaire absolu)<\/li><li>les \u00e9v\u00e9nements r\u00e9fractaires absolus ne sont pas d\u00e9tect\u00e9s ou marqu\u00e9s et les \u00e9v\u00e9nements bruyants sont d\u00e9tect\u00e9s<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>RV r\u00e9fractaire apr\u00e8s un \u00e9v\u00e9nement RV-paced<\/strong><\/p><p>RVRP est une p\u00e9riode programmable pendant laquelle les \u00e9v\u00e9nements ventriculaires droits qui suivent les \u00e9v\u00e9nements rythm\u00e9s par le ventricule droit ne d\u00e9clenchent pas de cycle de chronom\u00e9trage, n'inhibent pas la stimulation ventriculaire et ne sont pas pris en compte dans les compteurs.<\/p><ul><li>la section initiale du RVRP est r\u00e9fractaire fixe, suivie d'une fen\u00eatre de bruit de 40 ms<\/li><li>les \u00e9v\u00e9nements dans le r\u00e9fractaire fixe ne sont pas d\u00e9tect\u00e9s ou marqu\u00e9s et les \u00e9v\u00e9nements de bruit sont marqu\u00e9s comme [RVS].<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>RVRP dynamique<\/strong><\/p><p>L'utilisation du RVRP dynamique permet de maintenir la fen\u00eatre de d\u00e9tection puisque le RVRP se raccourcit lorsque la fr\u00e9quence ventriculaire augmente en raison du suivi de l'oreillette ou de la stimulation par capteur. Le RVRP diminuera de fa\u00e7on lin\u00e9aire \u00e0 mesure que la fr\u00e9quence augmente, de la limite inf\u00e9rieure de la fr\u00e9quence \u00e0 la fr\u00e9quence maximale de suivi, et il est bas\u00e9 sur l'intervalle V-V pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Vide RV apr\u00e8s stimulation A<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>r\u00e9glage nominal : 65 ms (les 40 derni\u00e8res ms constituent la fen\u00eatre de bruit)<\/li><\/ul><p>Il n'y a pas de suppression de la chambre transversale ventriculaire pour un \u00e9v\u00e9nement d\u00e9tect\u00e9 au niveau pas de fen\u00eatre de stimulation de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 apr\u00e8s la suppression ventriculaire dans les appareils Boston Scientific, mais il y a une fen\u00eatre de bruit qui peut \u00eatre red\u00e9clench\u00e9e.<\/p><ul><li>lorsqu'un \u00e9v\u00e9nement est d\u00e9tect\u00e9 dans la partie bruit d'une fen\u00eatre de suppression, l'\u00e9v\u00e9nement n'est pas utilis\u00e9 pour la synchronisation ou la d\u00e9tection<\/li><li>est marqu\u00e9 par un marqueur entre parenth\u00e8ses [VS] et n'a g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas de valeur d'intervalle.<\/li><li>si le signal bruyant est continu, la fen\u00eatre de bruit sera red\u00e9clench\u00e9e tant que le signal bruyant est pr\u00e9sent (ou jusqu'\u00e0 ce que l'intervalle de stimulation s'arr\u00eate) pour aider \u00e0 supprimer toute nouvelle d\u00e9tection du bruit.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-92e7385 elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\"
