Scientific.<\/p><ul><li>le dispositif fournit un AAI(R) \u00e0 la limite inf\u00e9rieure du taux et\/ou au taux indiqu\u00e9 par le capteur<\/li><li>l'appareil fournit une stimulation VVI de secours \u00e0 une fr\u00e9quence inf\u00e9rieure de 15 bpm \u00e0 la limite inf\u00e9rieure de fr\u00e9quence programm\u00e9e<\/li><li>la fr\u00e9quence de stimulation VVI de secours est limit\u00e9e \u00e0 30 bpm au minimum et \u00e0 60 bpm au maximum<\/li><li>pour une limite de fr\u00e9quence inf\u00e9rieure  75 bpm, la sauvegarde VVI est de 60 bpm<\/li><li>si 3 battements ventriculaires lents sont d\u00e9tect\u00e9s dans une fen\u00eatre de 11 battements, l'appareil passe automatiquement en mode DDD(R)<\/li><li>nominalement, l'algorithme Rythmiq est OFF<\/li><\/ul><p>L'algorithme AV Search+ est utilis\u00e9 pour v\u00e9rifier p\u00e9riodiquement le retour de la conduction intrins\u00e8que et pour repasser \u00e0 la stimulation AAI(R)\/VVI de secours.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div DDD<\/strong><\/p><p>Pendant la stimulation AAI(R)\/VVI de secours, l'appareil passe automatiquement en DDD(R) si trois battements ventriculaires lents sont d\u00e9tect\u00e9s dans une fen\u00eatre de 11 battements.<\/p><p>Un battement lent est d\u00e9fini comme un \u00e9v\u00e9nement de stimulation ventriculaire ou de d\u00e9tection ventriculaire qui est au moins 150 ms plus lent que la fr\u00e9quence de stimulation AAI(R). La valeur de 150 ms est utilis\u00e9e pour tenir compte des variations normales entre les cycles cardiaques.<\/p><p>Les battements ventriculaires lents sont les suivants :<\/p><ul><li>\u00c9v\u00e9nement rythm\u00e9 en V<\/li><li>\u00c9v\u00e9nement d\u00e9tect\u00e9 &gt; limite inf\u00e9rieure de taux de l'AAI + 150 ms<\/li><li>\u00c9v\u00e9nement d\u00e9tect\u00e9 V &gt; taux indiqu\u00e9 par le capteur AAI(R) + 150 ms<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5c774b2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5c774b2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>L'appareil recherche les cycles lents. Tout \u00e9v\u00e9nement ventriculaire d\u00e9tect\u00e9 ou stimul\u00e9 qui est au moins 150 ms plus lent que la vitesse de stimulation AAI(R) est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un cycle lent.
