effectu\u00e9e sur un canal de d\u00e9tection unipolaire d\u00e9di\u00e9.<\/li><li>the ER channel uses lower frequency filters than those of the bipolar sensing channel (3-65 Hz versus 25-85 infructueux.<\/li><li>s'il n'y a pas de capture \u00e0 l'amplitude initiale ou si 0,1 V est atteint sans LOC confirm\u00e9e, le test \u00e9choue.<\/li><li>une EGM est enregistr\u00e9e pour le test de La s\u00e9lection de la m\u00e9thode de d\u00e9tection AGC applique cette m\u00e9thode \u00e0 toutes les chambres et le type de m\u00e9thode de d\u00e9tection utilis\u00e9 (AGC ou fixe) doit \u00eatre d'ajuster dynamiquement la sensibilit\u00e9 dans l'oreillette et le ventricule.<\/p><ul><li>la valeur AGC programmable est la valeur de sensibilit\u00e9 minimale qui peut \u00eatre atteinte entre un battement et le suivant<\/li><li>cette valeur programmable n'est pas une valeur fixe pr\u00e9sente tout au long du cycle cardiaque ; au contraire, le niveau de sensibilit\u00e9 commence \u00e0 une valeur plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e et diminue vers le plancher programm\u00e9<\/li><li>L'AGC atteint g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement le plancher programmable apr\u00e8s la stimulation ou les signaux de faible amplitude.<\/li><li>lorsque des signaux d'amplitude mod\u00e9r\u00e9e ou \u00e9lev\u00e9e sont d\u00e9tect\u00e9s, l'AGC n'atteint g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas le plancher programm\u00e9<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>L'AGC de chaque chambre respective traite un signal d'\u00e9lectrogramme via un processus en deux \u00e9tapes afin d'optimiser la d\u00e9tection des signaux cardiaques susceptibles de changer rapidement.<\/p><ul><li>le dispositif ajuste la sensibilit\u00e9 ventriculaire en fonction d'une CAG lente ou rapide<\/li><li>l'AGC applique une composante \u201clente\u201d pour fixer un intervalle \u00e0 la recherche de l'amplitude QRS suivante<\/li><li>en calculant une \u201cmoyenne\u201d des pics des signaux pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents, la composante
