The device has independent AGC circuits for each chamber and the atrial and ventricular sensitivity values are programmable independently. Pour <br \/>optimiser la d\u00e9tection des signaux, le dispositif ajuste la sensibilit\u00e9 ventriculaire selon un <br \/>contr\u00f4le automatique de gain \u00e0 2 composantes : lente et rapide.<br \/>Le CAG utilise une composante dite \u00ab lente \u00bb, pour fixer un intervalle de recherche de l\u2019amplitude du prochain QRS. En calculant une \u201cmoyenne\u201d des pics des signaux pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents, la composante \u00ab lente \u00bb d\u00e9finit une zone dans laquelle se trouvera <br \/>probablement le pic suivant et fixe cette zone entre une valeur minimale et maximale.<br \/>La composante \u00ab rapide \u00bb du CAG permet, apr\u00e8s un \u00e9v\u00e8nement ventriculaire, de maintenir une valeur de sensibilit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e apr\u00e8s la d\u00e9tection, puis de d\u00e9cr\u00e9menter la valeur de sensibilit\u00e9 progressivement pour rendre l\u2019appareil de plus en plus sensible.<br \/>A la fin de la p\u00e9riode r\u00e9fractaire + 15ms, la valeur descend \u00e0 75% du pic d\u00e9tect\u00e9, ou 75% du Pic Moyen si le dernier \u00e9v\u00e8nement ventriculaire est stimul\u00e9.Pour un QRS d\u00e9tect\u00e9, le CAG diminue ensuite la valeur \u00e0 7\/8 de la valeur pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente toutes oston<br \/>les 35 ms. Cette d\u00e9croissance continue jusqu\u2019\u00e0 atteindre la valeur la plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e entre le <br \/>Min ou la valeur programm\u00e9e de sensibilit\u00e9.<br \/>Si le dernier \u00e9v\u00e8nement ventriculaire est stimul\u00e9, le CAG diminue ensuite \u00e0 chaque pas la <br \/>valeur \u00e0 7\/8 de la valeur pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, mais la dur\u00e9e du pas est d\u00e9termin\u00e9e par la fr\u00e9quence <br \/>minimum de stimulation : la valeur Min (ou la valeur de sensibilit\u00e9 programm\u00e9e) est atteinte 150 ms avant la prochaine stimulation programm\u00e9e.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>La p\u00e9riode r\u00e9fractaire de 135 ms apr\u00e8s un \u00e9v\u00e9nement d\u00e9tect\u00e9 se compose d\u2019une p\u00e9riode <br \/>r\u00e9fractaire absolue de 50 ms, d\u2019une fen\u00eatre de bruit de 40 ms (r\u00e9enclenchable en cas de bruit d\u00e9tect\u00e9) et d\u2019une p\u00e9riode r\u00e9fractaire absolue de 35 ms.<br \/>En mode d\u00e9tection fixe, la sensibilit\u00e9 atriale est programmable entre 0.15 et 10 mV avec une valeur nominale de 0.75 mV.<\/p><p><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
