interventriculaire (VV) sur la base de la mesure de la largeur de l'onde P, estim\u00e9e \u00e0 partir de l'EGM auriculaire (d\u00e9lais AV), et sur la mesure des d\u00e9lais interventriculaires mesur\u00e9s en rythme spontan\u00e9, en stimulation ventriculaire droite et en stimulation ventriculaire gauche (d\u00e9lai VV).<\/p><p>Quatre tests sont effectu\u00e9s automatiquement :<\/p><ul><li>estimation de la largeur de l'onde P<\/li><li>mesure du d\u00e9lai entre l'activation du ventricule droit et du ventricule gauche en rythme spontan\u00e9<\/li><li>mesure du temps de conduction RV-LV (stimulation RV)<\/li><li>mesure du temps de conduction LV-RV (stimulation LV)<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Le d\u00e9lai AV optimal apr\u00e8s d\u00e9tection correspond \u00e0 la largeur de l'onde P + 30 ms si la largeur de l'onde P &gt; 100 ms et \u00e0 la largeur de l'onde P + 60 ms si la largeur de l'onde P &lt; 100 ms.<\/p><p>Le d\u00e9lai AV post-stimulation est \u00e9gal
