Suppression post-ventriculaire de l'oreillette<\/p><p>Apr\u00e8s la stimulation ventriculaire, il y a une p\u00e9riode r\u00e9fractaire auriculaire de 60 \u00e0 250 ms (valeur nominale, 150 ms). Les \u00e9v\u00e9nements survenant pendant cette p\u00e9riode r\u00e9fractaire ne sont pas pris en compte dans le d\u00e9compte des arythmies auriculaires (calcul de la fr\u00e9quence auriculaire filtr\u00e9e).<\/p><p>2. Blanchiment ventriculaire apr\u00e8s stimulation auriculaire<\/p><p>Cette suppression peut \u00eatre programm\u00e9e sur AUTO (\u00e0 partir de la plate-forme Accent \u00e0 la valeur nominale) ou sur une valeur fixe comprise entre 12 et 52 ms. Si un signal ventriculaire est d\u00e9tect\u00e9 dans la fen\u00eatre de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 (qui commence apr\u00e8s la suppression ventriculaire suivant la stimulation auriculaire et se termine 64 ms apr\u00e8s le stimulus auriculaire), la stimulation ventriculaire est d\u00e9clench\u00e9e 120 ms apr\u00e8s la stimulation auriculaire.<\/p><p>Si la suppression post-atriale ventriculaire est programm\u00e9e sur \u201cAuto\u201d :<\/p><ul><li>si un signal ventriculaire est d\u00e9tect\u00e9 pendant la p\u00e9riode initiale de suppression de 12 ms (possibilit\u00e9 d'\u00e9coute crois\u00e9e), de nouvelles p\u00e9riodes de suppression red\u00e9clenchables de 12 ms se succ\u00e8dent jusqu'\u00e0 l'arr\u00eat de la d\u00e9tection, sans d\u00e9passer une limite fix\u00e9e \u00e0 52 ms ;<\/li><li>si la d\u00e9tection ventriculaire se termine avant cette limite de 52 ms, la fen\u00eatre d\u2019\u00e9coute crois\u00e9e est interrompue;
