Un test de configuration compl\u00e8tement automatique pr\u00e9c\u00e8de chaque mesure de seuil. L\u2019algorithme est fonctionnel quel que soit la dur\u00e9e d\u2019impulsion de stimulation. Le contr\u00f4le de capture est bas\u00e9 sur l'analyse de la morphologie de la r\u00e9ponse \u00e9voqu\u00e9e atriale au moment des mesures de seuil, mais sans surveillance et sans v\u00e9rification cycle \u00e0 cycle de la capture par la suite. La d\u00e9tection de la r\u00e9ponse \u00e9voqu\u00e9e atriale est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en unipolaire, que la configuration de d\u00e9tection soit programm\u00e9e sur le mode unipolaire ou bipolaire.  L\u2019appareil m\u00e9morise la morphologie de l\u2019\u00e9chec de capture. La marge de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 est variable en fonction du seuil: si seuil \u2264 1.5V, marge \u00e0 + 1.0V; si seuil entre 1.625V et 2.25V, marge \u00e0 + 1.5V; si seuil entre 2.375V et 3.0V, marge \u00e0 + 2.0V; si seuil &gt; 3V, amplitude \u00e0 5V.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9811d35 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"9811d35\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">10) Sensibilit\u00e9 et d\u00e9tection<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a35247f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a35247f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>En d\u00e9tection bipolaire, il est possible de programmer la sensibilit\u00e9 atriale et ventriculaire sur automatique ou sur fixe. En revanche, la sensibilit\u00e9 est obligatoirement fixe si la d\u00e9tection est unipolaire.<\/p><p>Lorsque la sonde est cod\u00e9e comme \u00e9tant bipolaire, il est possible de programmer la d\u00e9tection unipolaire soit entre l\u2019extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 distale et le bo\u00eetier, soit entre la bague et le bo\u00eetier.<\/p><p>Diff\u00e9rents param\u00e8tres peuvent \u00eatre programm\u00e9s pour optimiser la qualit\u00e9 de la d\u00e9tection bipolaire: la sensibilit\u00e9 maximale, le retard d'adaptation (post-stimulation et post-d\u00e9tection), le niveau d'adaptation (post-stimulation et post-d\u00e9tection) et la p\u00e9riode r\u00e9fractaire stimul\u00e9e et d\u00e9tect\u00e9e (post-stimulation et post-d\u00e9tection).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-912efa1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"912efa1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">11) P\u00e9riodes r\u00e9fractaires<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d9a2bb1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d9a2bb1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Le blanking ventriculaire post-stimulation atriale est programmable sur Auto ou sur une valeur fixe entre 12 et 52 ms. Si un signal ventriculaire est d\u00e9tect\u00e9 dans la fen\u00eatre de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 (d\u00e9bute apr\u00e8s le blanking ventriculaire post-stimulation atriale et se termine 64 ms apr\u00e8s la stimulation atriale), une stimulation ventriculaire est d\u00e9clench\u00e9e 120 ms apr\u00e8s la stimulation atriale. S\u2019il d\u00e9termine que les intervalles VP-AS sont stables, pour le neuvi\u00e8me intervalle, l\u2019algorithme module le d\u00e9lai AV de 50 ms. Si le dixi\u00e8me intervalle VP-AS est similaire aux neuf intervalles pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents, l\u2019appareil conclut \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sence d'une TRE.
