p\u00e9riode de blanking ventriculaire.<\/p><p>Cette p\u00e9riode r\u00e9fractaire ventriculaire (PRV) est destin\u00e9e \u00e0 emp\u00eacher le double comptage de l\u2019onde R et\/ou la d\u00e9tection de l\u2019onde T.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4866719 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4866719\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h6>Le blanking ventriculaire post-stimulation atriale<\/h6><p>Cette p\u00e9riode de blanking ventriculaire programmable est d\u00e9clench\u00e9e apr\u00e8s un stimulus atrial.<\/p><p>Cette p\u00e9riode est destin\u00e9e \u00e0 \u00e9viter la d\u00e9tection du stimulus atrial par la chaine de d\u00e9tection ventriculaire qui entra\u00eenerait une inhibition ventriculaire.<\/p><p>La p\u00e9riode de blanking ventriculaire, qui suit une stimulation atriale est programmable (en fonction des compagnies) lorsque le stimulateur fonctionne en modes DDD, DDI et DVI.<\/p><p>Un signal ventriculaire survenant durant le blanking ventriculaire post-stimulation atriale n'est pas d\u00e9tect\u00e9 avec stimulation ventriculaire en fin du d\u00e9lai AV programm\u00e9.<\/p><p>Ce blanking est habituellement programm\u00e9 relativement court (entre 20 et 40 ms).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div de d\u00e9tection ventriculaire compl\u00e9mentaire du blanking ventriculaire post-atrial. Chaque \u00e9v\u00e8nement d\u00e9tect\u00e9 ou stimul\u00e9 dans le ventricule d\u00e9clenche \u00e9galement une p\u00e9riode r\u00e9fractaire relative.
