Le seuil de stimulation unipolaire est en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral tr\u00e8s l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus faible qu\u2019en stimulation bipolaire en raison d\u2019une r\u00e9sistance totale du syst\u00e8me de stimulation l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus basse (anode de plus large taille). L\u2019art\u00e9fact de stimulation est plus facilement identifiable car plus volt\u00e9 (\u00e0 amplitude \u00e9gale) lors d\u2019une stimulation unipolaire que lors d\u2019une stimulation bipolaire.
