Plusieurs stimulations ventriculaires surviennent au sommet de l\u2019onde T d\u2019un QRS spontan\u00e9 non d\u00e9tect\u00e9. Il s\u2019agit de la p\u00e9riode vuln\u00e9rable avec risque d\u2019induction d\u2019un trouble du rythme ventriculaire. Le risque de fibrillation ventriculaire est limit\u00e9 mais augmente en pr\u00e9sence d\u2019une isch\u00e9mie myocardite ou d\u2019un trouble m\u00e9tabolique. De la m\u00eame fa\u00e7on, une stimulation atriale asynchrone en p\u00e9riode vuln\u00e9rable atriale peut induire un acc\u00e8s de fibrillation auriculaire.\r\n\r\nLes modes asynchrones sont aujourd\u2019hui obsol\u00e8tes et ne sont utilis\u00e9s que dans 2 circonstances sp\u00e9cifiques: 1) il s\u2019agit d\u2019un mode magn\u00e9tique ou mode \u00e0 l\u2019aimant;
